Documents Uploaded by Users

Doxci allows users to upload PDF files and other documents for AI-powered analysis and question answering. These documents are processed using the Google Gemini API to generate the responses and insights you request.

Advertising Data

To keep the app free, we use third-party advertising services. The app may collect and use:

• Advertising ID
• Device identifiers (e.g., model, OS version)
• Basic usage and interaction information

This information may be used to serve both personalized and non-personalized advertisements.

2. How We Use Information

The information collected is used exclusively to:

• Process your uploaded documents and generate AI-powered responses.

3. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion

• No Server Storage: Painite Developers does not store, host, or save your uploaded documents or AI-generated responses on our own servers.
• Temporary Processing: Documents are processed temporarily through the Google API solely for the purpose of generating your requested response. They are not intentionally retained by us after the session ends.
• Data Deletion: Because we do not require account creation or store your data on our servers, there is no account data to delete on our end. However, users who wish to reset or delete their advertising data can do so by resetting their device's Advertising ID via their Android Device Settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads > Reset advertising ID).

4. Third-Party Services

Doxci utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or provide essential app functionality. These services operate under their own privacy policies:
